The Galerias Vallarta Shopping Mall is where you will greet your guide and board a minivan to visit an outdoor Mexican market. Here you can converse with local vendors as you stole through exotic produce and fruits.
Next, visit a local tortilla factory to purchase fresh dough needed to make tortillas. Now with bags filled with your fresh produce, you will journey to your master chefs house to begin your culinary class.
Learn to make a delicious and distinct main course inspired by the gastronomic traditions of the region. Depending on the day of the week regularly features dishes will include salsa de molcajete (a smooth sauce of fresh and fiery chiles), tacos and fresh fish ceviche. If you cook mole poblano, learn about the 27-ingredient combination that composes this spectacular sauce.
A tequila and mescal tasting session will conclude your cooking experience before sitting down to enjoy the fruits of your labor at dinner. Converse with your fellow companions and chef as you enjoy the true taste of Mexico.
